Shipping Policy

All online coffee orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.  We strive to provide the freshest roasted coffee beans for customers’ enjoyment. Due to our roasting schedule, all orders will ship within two to four business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rate is charged based on the rates set by our third-party carriers and orders above will be shipped for free (U.S. only). Default shipping service will be carried by UPS, unless otherwise needed (Hawaii, PR etc). We currently do not ship outside the U.S. 

 

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature, we do not accept returns on coffee purchases.  However, if you are not satisfied with your coffee purchase, please reach us at grimmkoffee@gmail.com. We will do our best to work something out for you.

Merchandise returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.  All returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged with all packaging contents. Please email us at grimmkoffee@gmail.com if you have any questions.
